Charlotte is amazing! So thoughtful and had every detail of our trip covered!  I/we highly recommend her and her services! We traveled with a 9 year old too and Carlotta had every detail down for her as well!  From private tours arranged in Venice, to truffle hunting and accommodations to accommodate us all with our own space! Grazie to Carlotta!  We had an amazing mother-daughter trip to Italy in October.  Our five-day tour included visits to wineries in the Barolo region, an authentic truffle hunt, a local cuisine cooking class, a cheese village visit, a day in Turin, and more!  From our first inquiry and throughout the planning process, Carlotta was very helpful.  On our tour, she was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Had a wonderful experience with Piedmont Tours!! We can’t thank Carlotta enough, our Italian adventure was perfect for the 2-3 days we enjoyed in the area. The Torino City walking tour was so much fun, she is the best and so so nice. We visited many beautiful parts of Torino like Piazza San Carlo, waterfront walk along the Po River in Parco del Valentino, and many others across the city. Carlotta had many great food and drink recommendations along way such as the Pastarell cafe (go for the pastries!) and Da Zero Pizza and no matter where we were Carlotta always had great suggestions for espresso and gelato. We enjoyed walks down no-automobile friendly streets like Giuseppe-Garibaldi street and also stopped for a good glass of wine in the nice garden square of Giardino Bottero. The next day Carlotta set us up with a very nice lunch at La Salinera in Grinzane Cavour in Langhe wine region. La Salinera had excellent courses and wine pairings from the surrounding region, great meal. After lunch we visited Mustela winery (The Moscato and Barbresco were our favorites, so good!). Very beautiful property with great wines. We can’t thank Piedmont Tours and Carlotta enough and absolutely recommend them to any and all exploring the northwest region of Italy/Torino/Langhe!

Carlotta Prandi of Piedmont Tours is a real gem!  She made our trip to Northern Italy truly epic.  She was amazingly easy to work with, listened to our wants and needs, and promptly made the best arrangements.  As she is fully bilingual, we hired her as our guide.  Carlotta accompanied us to our various destinations, making everything much more fun.
